These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Property Condition Assessment (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, including Structural Inspection, Property Evaluation, and Risk Assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Property Condition Assessment provides professional services including:

• Structural Inspection

• Property Evaluation

• Risk Assessment

All services are conducted based on industry standards and best practices applicable at the time of inspection.

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Grant necessary access to the property for inspection

• Use our reports and services for lawful purposes only

You must not misuse or reproduce our reports without written consent.

3. Appointments and Access

• Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments in advance

• You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Fees and Payments

• All fees will be clearly communicated before service delivery

• Payments must be made as agreed (before or after service, depending on arrangement)

• Late payments may result in delays in report delivery or additional charges

5. Reports and Limitations

• Our reports are based on visual inspections and available information at the time

• We do not guarantee the discovery of all defects or hidden issues

• Reports are intended solely for the client and specific purpose stated

Property Condition Assessment shall not be held liable for undiscovered defects or future changes in property condition.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel or reschedule with prior notice

• Cancellation fees may apply if notice is not provided within a reasonable timeframe

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on service status

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Property Condition Assessment. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without permission.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information except as required by law or necessary to deliver services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms
